F.R.E.E.

“Finally Resurrected Embracing the Everlasting” is the answer Tira Heard gave me after I posed the question, why do you have the name FREE? I immediately followed up with “where are you originally from?” Tira confidently and proudly said Cleveland and I knew right then and there that we had a “story” on our hands. Ohio has some of the roughest inner-city streets in America but somehow some way it’s very slept on. I wanted to start this article off like this because when you initially see this sister she is small in stature and quite pretty so you wouldn’t guess right away the type of soul “Purification” she has had to go through in her 31 years of life.
Why is DCDrama Magazine proud to bring you Tira Heard? Her story is one that can’t be fully told in this short article, but her travels have been DEEP, a byproduct of adoption, Homelessness, and single motherhood. Tira’s mission is to pay it forward to the community by teaching youth and foster care how to start their own business as well as other skills needed for them to be self sufficient. When I heard the BOOMING power of her voice when she performed her poetry it was “Jaw dropping” to say the least. One of the things that really shines through in her art is the TOTAL spirituality FREE has, meaning she is walking the COMPLETE path back to GOD. To explain further, she came to Atlanta very strong in the Christian religious systems and now she has built on that by adopting ISLAM which is the final piece to PURE ABRAHAMIC thought.
