Welcome to PLANT THE SEED. In this section, DCDrama/Atlanta Inc, concentrates on the grave problem “at risk” youth, ex-offenders, and people re-entering our communities and the workforce face. We direct our attention on this focal point here at DCDrama/Atlanta Inc, as it directly affects the quality of family life in our communities. The current criteria for job denial based upon CREDIT CHECKS and past FELONY CONVICTIONS is outdated, to say the least. We MUST offer valid opportunities for people to REFORM from mistakes. If we don’t, community relations suffer. Let’s PLANT THE SEED for success in order to repair the American family unit by positively and progressively moving toward CHANGE!!!
